Based on the tokusatsu series, Garo Red Requiem shows Kouga Saejima traveling to his hometown after being ordered to hunt a terrible monster named Karma who is secretly attacking people. During the battle to save a baby from another monster Kouga becomes Garo and meets three Makai priests; Akaza, Shiguto and Rekka. Together they promise to defeat all creatures that plague the city.
